3D CAD Dynamic Structure Designer Intern
Help design dynamic mechanical structures for next-generation robotic systems. You will work with our team using Onshape, Solid Edge, and/or SolidWorks.
What you will work on
- Design and iterate dynamic structural concepts in 3D CAD.
- Build assemblies and mechanism studies for transformable robotic modules.
- Collaborate with control and electronics teams to align interfaces.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on CAD experience with Onshape, Solid Edge, and/or SolidWorks.
- Basic understanding of mechanical design, kinematics, and manufacturability.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast research environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with simulation workflows (FEA, motion studies, tolerance checks).
- Exposure to robotics, mechatronics, or lightweight structure design.
